Purpose
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., mission is dedicated to creating safe spaces online for victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Our reporting tools collect information from the public that support lobbying efforts to drive victim focused outcome legislation and to report problems to the appropriate organizations and governing authorities. Membership
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., is a non-member, 501(c)4 nonprofit organization.
Board Members
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., currently has one sitting board member, Rachel DePalma. Legally a public benefit corporation may operate with only one director according to the California Attorney General's Office and the California Corporate code 5151(a). In addition, No Peace No Quiet, Inc., Bylaws have an exemption for board member vacancies.

Questions regarding No Peace No Quiet, Inc., should be submitted in writing, preferably using the contact us form on the website. Unfortunately, questions asked through social media can be deleted by the end user which compromises the organizations ability to document safety issues. Screen shots or screen recordings add unnecessary administrative steps and costs to record keeping practices. Under the lobbying rules of the California Fair Political Practices Commission [FPPC], No Peace No Quiet, Inc., is considered a $5,000 filer. An Individual or organization that fall into this category are not required to register with the FPPC as a lobbyist or a lobbying organization.
Financial Documents
Financial documents are prepared quarterly and available to the public upon written request in accordance with the request for public records as identified in these terms and conditions and will be made available no later than 60 days after the end of each quarter, unless there are extenuating circumstances. In 2021, the Supreme Court of The United States determined requirements for a nonprofit to disclose their doner list is unconstitutional. Our organization’s website name, “No Peace No Quiet” is a registered Trademark and is protected under US Trademark laws. Original content on our website, social media platforms, systems and other documentation published by the organization are protected under US copyright laws and are registered with US copyright and Trademark office. The owner of the copyright and the trademark is the founder, Rachel DePalma and are both licensed to the organization for business use.
If individuals from outside of the organization would like to use the trademark and copyright protected material, the request needs to be in writing in accordance with the requesting support or information as identified in these terms and conditions, unless otherwise posted. Infringement and or misuse of any trademark or copyright material may result in legal action against the unauthorized user. Donations, Fundraising and Services For Hire Donations
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., started accepting donations from the public on May 1, 2024, through Zeffy.com a nonprofit Peer to Peer (P2P) service that is free to use by verified nonprofit organizations. Zeffy.com is the only platform where No Peace No Quiet, Inc. is accepting donations. If you have been solicited to donate to our organization using a different service, please contact us with the details so we can report it to the FTC for fraud or you can submit a fraud report directly to FTC.gov. Donations and sharing the link to Zeffy.com on Social Media platforms and through email is appreciated but is not a requirement to receive support from No Peace No Quiet, Inc. When you donate to No Peace No Quiet, Inc., The following terms and conditions apply: THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING: You understand and you agree your donation payment to No Peace No Quiet, Inc., is processed through a third party, Zeffy. com. Requests for refunds on donations made to No Peace No Quiet, Inc. are governed by their Bylaws and are provided in No Peace No Quiet, Inc., Terms and Conditions on the website, NoPeaceNoQuiet.org. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL DONATION: You understand and you agree you have the option to also donate to support Zeffy.com’s platform. No Peace No Quiet, Inc., is governed by Federal and California state laws and regulations regarding doner information. In 2021, the Supreme Court held 6-3 that California’s requirement that non-profit organizations disclose their donor lists unconstitutionally burdens those organizations’ expressive association rights, in violation of the First Amendment.
Fundraising
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., may fundraise to help pay for travel expenses to meet with legislators and basic operational expenses. We do not fundraise for other organizations; we will support other nonprofit organizations by posting their fund-raising activities on our website, blog, and message boards asking our community to share and support their fundraising efforts. On occasion, No Peace No Quiet, Inc., can assist individual(s) in our community to help them with their fundraising efforts for basic needs like food, utilities, housing, and attorney fees to help them fight in court against their abuser or to help with custody battles. Requirements for assistance with fundraising for individuals will require the individual to go through a background check and provide letter(s) from government assistance programs to ensure resources are going to help those who are truly in need. Services For Hire
No Peace No Quiet, Inc,. offers support to organizations for educational awareness programs on domestic violence and abuse that align with our mission and support the principles of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This is a paid service by Corporations who hire No Peace No Quiet, Inc., to support their CSR programs within their organization. All funds earned from this service go to support No Peace No Quiet, Inc.'s, business operations. Funds collected for this service will be reflected in No Peace No Quiet, Inc.’s, annual financial report, if such services are rendered by and paid to No Peace No Quiet, Inc. Additional contract terms and conditions may apply.
Code of Conduct
End Users and Social Media
In an effort to keep survivors as safe as possible in our online community, No Peace No Quiet, Inc., requires personal information of all people who wish to join our online community. The requestor’s email and phone number will be validated. This process will ensure we are connecting with real people, who want to have honest discussions about the efforts our organization is working on and will also enable us to identify bad actors within our community and report them accordingly. This process will also help to keep spam and trolling to a minimum allowing us to focus on the topics of discussion to support the operations of our business. The request to interact with us on our social media accounts is on our website. Unless No Peace No Quiet, Inc., already knows who an individual or organization is, we require a written request to join our social media platforms. The personal information provided is kept private. In the event there is illegal activity in our community, their personal information maybe provided to the proper authorities, and they will be banned from accessing our platforms, where possible.
Officers, Board Members, Volunteers, and Employees
No Peace No Quiet, Inc., requires our officers, board members, volunteers, and employees of our organization to maintain respectful interactions with the public while representing organizational activities. It is understood that heated debates over social issues is expected in the space No Peace No Quiet, Inc., operates in. Differences of opinions are NOT a violation of our code of conduct, and we do not restrict the free will of our officers, board members, volunteers, and employees to exercise their first amendment rights. We will also not tollerate harassment of our officers, board members, volunteers, and employees and will seek protection under the law in the event there are safety concerns.

Posting fake reviews or testimonials on any platform, including the creation of fictitious reviews or paid reviews that are not disclosed, is strictly forbidden. b. Misrepresenting your experience with our products or services is a violation of both our terms and FTC rules. c. Encouraging others to engage in these deceptive practices is also prohibited.4. Monitoring and Enforcement - No Peace No Quiet, Inc., reserves the right to monitor influencer and endorsement activity for compliance with FTC guidelines. Non-compliance may result in termination of any agreements, the removal of posted content, or legal action where applicable.5. Consequences of Non-Compliance - You acknowledge that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in FTC penalties, legal action. Keep in mind that tags, likes, pins, shares and reposts are considered endorsement or reviews of our products, services, officers, board members, employees or volunteers. By posting content about No Peace No Quiet, Inc., you confirm that you understand and agree to adhere to these terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Right to Disclose Communications Regarding False or Misleading StatementsThis right is limited to instances where No Peace No Quiet, Inc., determines, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to defend itself against false or misleading claims or statements made publicly or privately about the company, its products, services, officers, board members, employees or volunteers. Any disclosure will be proportionate to the need to correct misinformation and will comply with applicable privacy laws. As per the UNRUH CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of the state of California, “the law clearly distinguishes between the right of a business to refuse service based on conduct as opposed to personal characteristics. The misconduct or disruptive behavior of individuals may be grounds for refusing to do business with them or denying them services.” (source) No Peace No Quiet, Inc., will not tolerate trolling for a 'story' on our platform. The trauma that victims and survivors of abuse endure should NEVER be exploited for entertainment purposes or for content clicks, likes, and shares. No Peace No Quiet, Inc., will not hesitate to report these actions to the authorities and make it a matter of public record. Misuse of No Peace No Quiet, Inc., trademarks and copyrighted materials includes but is not limited to, using the protect material to harass, dox, make defamatory statements of and concerning the organization it’s officers, members of the board their volunteers and employees of the organization.
