about us

Our Mission Statement No Peace No Quiet, Inc., is dedicated to creating safe spaces online for victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Our Purpose Why is our mission so important? Victims and survivors require safe spaces online to find solace, support, and solidarity. These spaces provide crucial sanctuaries where individuals can share their experiences without fear of judgment or re-traumatization. In a world where digital interactions are increasingly integral to daily life, these platforms offer avenues for healing, empowerment, and connection with others who have endured similar struggles. Safe online spaces foster a sense of community, where individuals can seek guidance, resources, and understanding, ultimately aiding in their journey towards recovery and resilience. Our Organization & Founder Founded on October 26, 2021, No Peace No Quiet, Inc. reflects the mission and lived experience of its Founder and CEO, Rachel DePalma, a survivor of domestic violence and abuse who has turned advocacy into action. In 2026, Ms. DePalma was one of individuals nationally to receive the prestigious Purple Ribbon Award for Survivor of the Year from DomesticShelters.org, and she was also recognized as an honoree for Advocate of the Year. Ms. DePalma holds certifications in Professional Coaching from San Diego State University and the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC), along with victim advocacy credentials from California State University San Marcos and the National Advocate Credentialing Program. Ms. DePalma is also a member of the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence, continuing to lead efforts that create safer spaces for survivors both online and beyond. Please visit Ms. DePalma's LinkedIn profile for more information regarding her skills and professional background. Our Programs No Peace No Quiet, Inc., programs help promote education and foster allyship by using the data collected from our Misconduct Ticketing System to produce educational articles, white papers and reports that support our mission to challenge the societal bias against victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse to create an inclusive and supportive society. No Peace No Quiet aligns with the type of advocacy the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) does, while keeping the focus on your mission and survivor communities. No Peace No Quiet also supports an online community of survivors helping others survive abuse. We help victims and survivors of abuse to find their voice and inner power through knowledge with a supportive community who understands and believes them. When victims of abuse have knowledge, it can help aid in a safer departure from an abusive situation allowing the victims to go on to survive and thrive. Our online community is structured as a self-help community, we do not staff facilitators or Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to monitor our online community. We always recommend consulting with a licensed professional as per our Terms and Conditions. We have volunteers who monitor our online community to help take down harmful content that is reported to our organization. While No Peace No Quiet uses social media to promote our organization and educate the public on domestic violence and abuse, our programs and support are not provided through social media Direct Messages (DMs). As the social media platforms are not safe to provide program support provide resources. Responding to questions publicly through social media provides information that abusers can use to weaponize against their victims. No Peace No Quiet, Inc., does not offer emergency services. We do offer a Resources page with links to organizations that provide direct support to victims and survivors. Results from our efforts can be found under Annual Reports. We do not charge victims and survivors for our services. While donations are appreciated, they are not required. For more about our services, please see our Services page.
